Mission
“Our mission at Firefleye Inc. is to empower historically marginalized and underserved youth and young adults aged 16-24 in urban areas of Kansas City. Through our Focused Interventions for Rehabilitation and Education Works (FIRE-Works) program, we address significant barriers faced by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. Our program offers education, job training, and leadership development, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges related to low income, limited access to education, and mental health. By providing opportunities for skill development and job placement, we aim to bridge the unemployment gap and contribute to economic benefits for our communities.”

“Our vision at Firefleye Inc. is to create a thriving and equitable community in the greater Kansas City area. We envision a future where historically marginalized youth and young adults have access to quality education, meaningful employment, and holistic support. Through our Focused Interventions for Rehabilitation and Education Works (FIRE-Works) program, we aspire to break down barriers, foster resilience, and empower BIPOC communities. By investing in their potential, we aim to build a stronger, more inclusive society.”
