Emily Modikwe is part of the Quality Assurance Team for the Community Action Agency of Greater Kansas City. Working as Quality Assurance Specialist, she possesses over 20 years of work experience in various compliance-based roles and responsibilities in Kansas City, MO, and Woodridge, IL.

Before joining CAAGKC, she worked as an Inspection Coordinator for the Housing Authority of Kansas City. She is a 2013 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in Retail, Banking, Financial and Office Management, Logistics, Accounts Receivable/Payables, and Payroll Services. 

Today in her role as Quality Assurance she provides support to the Weatherization. She is detailed oriented in her approach to ensuring that we meet and often exceeded the requirements of Department of Natural Resources contractual guidelines. It is with great moral conviction she ensures that attention to every stage of her monitoring efforts warrants compliance!
