PROJECT // 01
Firefleye is a Missouri nonprofit and 501c3 established in 2022. The mission of Firefleye is to provide job seekers & entrepreneurs the skills, personal development, business training, resources, and access they need to be successful on the road to becoming self-sufficient.
Empower individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support, resources, financial empowerment, and mentorship, fostering successful reentry, promoting economic stability, and reducing recidivism. Through holistic reentry support, financial literacy education, community engagement, and personal development, we strive to empower participants to build brighter futures, break the cycle of recidivism, and become valued contributors to their communities. Our mission is to ignite transformation, promote self-sufficiency, and foster lasting positive change in the lives of individuals reintegrating into society after incarceration.
PROJECT // 02
Curriculum development, community needs assessments, resources, program assessments. Advancement and implementation, for expansion or professional preparation, including the fundamental pursuit of local, state, and federal basic legal requirements. Courses in website building, how to post, and the essential text to build a relationship with your audience through Craigslist ads, SEO (search engine optimization), banking, google my business, grant writing, Facebook business page, OJT (on-the-job training). We also have several other programs to help those who wish to achieve their full potential, such as what it means, and the steps to become fundable.
